Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies and Consultations received a thank-you letter from Lebanese President Michel Aoun for receiving a copy of “The Palestine Strategic Report 2016–2017.” President Aoun paid tribute to al-Zaytouna Centre for its academic services to the Palestine issue in particular, and for its documentation efforts in the Arab Library in general.
It’s noteworthy that this is the tenth volume of the Palestine Strategic Report periodic series, which covered the period 2005–2017. The Report is one of the most important academic studies that reviews biennially various developments concerning the Palestine question in a comprehensive, objective and academic manner. It offers a wealth of data, up-to-date statistics, and analyzes and offers an outlook of future events.
The Lebanese presidency has sent earlier this year another thank-you letter for receiving two recently published al-Zaytouna books, considering them “meticulous, objective and comprehensive in their discussion of the Palestine issue,” and wishing the Centre continuous success and prosperity.
