This report sheds the light on the conditions and status of the Palestinian refugees in Iraq, since their early refuge in 1948. It presents statistics about their numbers and social and economic conditions, as well as the various policies taken by the consecutive Iraqi governments towards them, the Palestinian organizations that were established there, and the major plans/projects that were suggested to resettle them in Iraq.

 The report also studies the Palestinians in Iraq after the American Occupation, and the harsh conditions they suffered since then, as they were targeted by many sides with acts of murder, kidnap, and displacement. It includes the policy of the American Occupation then the Iraqi government and parties towards the Palestinian refugees, the camps that were established on the Iraqi borders for them, and the various efforts spent in attempt of ending their suffering.
