This report sheds the light on the issue of Palestinian expulsion from their land, by the Israelis, since the early years of Zionism (Hertzl), in thought and practices; the latter was most obvious in 1948 with the establishment of the occupation state, and after the June 1967 war.

The report presents the ideas of the major Israeli parties regarding the “Palestinian Demographic Threat”, or basically the expulsion of the Palestinians as a solution to this threat. It also considers the Israeli academic and religious arguments on this issue.

Towards its end, the report discusses the Geneva Accord and how it dealt with the Palestinian refuees question, as well as other political settlment approaches, highlighting how in all of them alike, the Israelis were keen on there stances regarding exchange of land and people to get rid of the Palestinians who are currently in Israel, because of the threat they constitute to the Jewishness of the Israeli state.
