Reading Time: 2 minutes

This book is probably one of the very few books -if not the only book- that approaches the Palestinian issue from an analytic academic approach, that ties the details of the factual with the objectives of the Islamic Law/Shariah  perspective.

It starts with an introductory chapter about the role of the objectives of Islamic Law in developing the political Islamic jurisdiction, specifically that related to the Palestinian issue. Then, it details in five different chapters the individual aspects associated with each of the five objectives of Islamic Law/Shariah (Preserving the religion, the self, the mind, the resources, and the reproduction/continuity) with the Arab-Israeli conflict.
