Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies & Consultations is participating in the 4th Think Tank Forum of the OIC Countries, which is held by the Egyptian Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center – IDSC, and with the cooperation of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Turkish Asian Center for Strategic Studies TASAM. This Forum is hosted by the Egyptian Cabinet with the contribution of Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).
The opening of the two-day forum, 26-27/3/2013, was held in the presence of the Chairman of IDSC Dr. Yasser Ali, Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for Non-Aligned Affairs and Islamic Cooperation, Ambassador Amr Ramadan, the Chairman of TASAM Süleyman Şensoy, Presidential Assistant for Political Affairs Bakinam el-Sharqawi, and president of al-Azhar University Dr. Osama al-‘Abd representing the grand Imam of al-Azhar.
The General Manager of Al-Zaytouna Centre Dr. Mohsen Moh’d Saleh and Al-Zaytouna researchers Wael Sa‘ad and Rabi‘ al-Dannan are participating in the forum, in addition to the participation of the representatives of Egyptian and Islamic Think Tanks, and a selected group of researchers and academics.
