Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies & Consultations presents the refereed study “Hamas’s Position on Palestinian Islamic Movements,” by Sameeh Hammoudeh. This study is one of the Refereed Studies Series published by al-Zaytouna Centre.
The author discusses the Arab and international changes and their impact on the rise of Islamic movements in Palestine, then he explains the bases of Hamas’s position vis-à-vis Islamic movements. After that he explores Hamas’s position towards various Islamic movements and factions: Hizb ut-Tahrir, Sufi Groups, Salafist Groups and in a more detailed manner the position towards the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine (PIJ).
