Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies and Consultations has concluded a training course entitled “Eagle Eye: The Political Formation of Contemporary World and Its Future Trends.” The 18-hour course was held on 17–19/8/2017.

About 25 female trainees, who are distinguished activists in feminist work in Lebanon, attended the three-day course, which was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Mohsen Mohammad Saleh.

Dr. Mohsen equipped the participants with the appropriate tools to understand this broad picture of contemporary world and its future trends.

The course explored the historical backgrounds that led to the formation of the geopolitical map of the contemporary world, including spheres of influence, map of world powers, maps of potentials and balances, and the factors influencing the course of events.

The course also tackled the likely future changes, including powers that are likely to rise or fall, and possible developments in the Arab and Muslim world.
