This report sheds the light on the crisis of Nahr Al-Barid camp, the Palestinian refugee camp north of Lebanon. It is divided in two main parts, the first considers the developments of the crisis, how it began, the accompanying political stances of various Lebanese and Palestinian sides, until the end of the crisis, and the implications that followed it.

The second part of the report focuses on the reconstruction project of the camp, especially as this project has faced many obstacles and complications, some of which were not solved until now. The report presents the reasons why the reconstruction has been often postponed and delayed, including the issue of historical ruins; and encompasses the positions of the involved sides, the Palestinian and Lebanese, the UNRWA, and the Arab and International parties.
